Unable to connect to WiFi...my network is not showing to connect.

My WiFi network is not available as a drop down. I have switched off and still not showing.

@Jennifer30 Try to reset your Sky hub which should make the SSID visible.on the newer white hubs hold in the wps button on the right hand edge for at least 20 seconds until the led flashes and rdlease. On the black hubs hold in the reset pin until the power led flashes shich takes 10 to 20 seconds.

I've tried the WPS button, pressed until flashed, then the light went off and still no connection.

@Jennifer30 if you have the white hubs it sounds like you did not hold the button in long enough to reset the unit you simple started the wps function the reset flashes are rapid green.. If you have a black hub you need to use the separate rest pin again hold that in until the power light flashes this time red.

Same here in Northampton, reseting router doesnt work. Always issues with SKY
