Unable to connect to WiFi from any device

Hi, I've tried the service checker and calling but still have an issue with my Sky broadband. It has 3 green lights but am unable to connect any device as it says no internet connection on phone and Sky Q when trying to connect. 

Tried calling for help, this has been persistent since 8am this morning.

@MickRibbs there is an annoying fault which can happen where the hub reports it is connected but no data flows.This is caused by a fault on the server managing your connection these units are very reliable and handle something over 5 million customers bout occasionally a node doesnt work. 

To force a change in node power down the hub for at least 60 minutes and reconnect hopefully the issue will clear.
