Unable to connect to Broadband

Hello... unfortunately the engineer was unable to connect me to the broadband during his visit... 

he told me Sky would call me... 

that was 2 days ago. 

please advise...

@Stewie72  Did the engineer say what the issue was and to why they could not complete the work?
