Hello, I have been with Sky broadband a week now and all seems good apart from some blind spots in my home which I hope to get some pods to increase signal coverage. However, my question is I am struggling to connect my printer to my sky hub max router. I am unable to split wifi bands on this router as the settings do not allow, I have attempted using the password and wps, I have attemtped a factory reset on my printer. I am unable to use a wired connection because none of the laptops in my household have ethernet connections. All of these steps are not working. I am reliant on a printer for work and education so I need to get it connected. Does anyone have any ideas?

Unfortunately you have discovered one of the many current flaws with Sky Max. Currently Sky are working on the feature.

If the printer has an ethernet connection then cabling it to an ethernet port on the Max Hub may be an option for printing from wireless devices.
Alternatively you may need to downgrade from WiFi Max to Broadband Boost and so swap the Max Hub for a Sky Broadband Hub.
