Unable to connect my TV to new broadband hub
I have connected personal devices to new white hub using new wifi address and password but unable to connect my TV can you help, we have tried all the instructions

@Wooks67 if you have a white Sky hub these can use a higher WiFi security level thst some devices notably Samsung TVs cannot connect to. If you have one of these hubs go into the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app's product options settings and change tge WiFi security level to WPA2.
