Unable to connect iPhone to sky router

I am trying to connect an iPhone to the Sky hub but it won't connect. 

I've been told it's an incorrect password but I've tried it repeatedly and it still doesn't work. I've turned off both the hub and phone; and also reset the hub to the default password. I've tried to change the hub password but I can't get logged in to change it.

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as show on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

Thank you - I've checked the password carefully but still no luck. 

I have also tried to log into the router to change the password but that won't let me in either. 

any other suggestions? I'd be very grateful.
