Unable to connect existing printers and Sonos system to new Sky Fibre Broadband
We upgraded from standard Sky broadband to Full Fibre Broadband a few days and have been unable to connect any of our wireless printers or Sonos speakers to the WiFi network since then. We have tried using ethernet cables to establish connections too, but this has also failed. All of our laptops and phones have connected without an issue, but printers and Sonos speakers have been unable to find the network, with or without cables directly connected to the router.
We are going round in circles through Sky help pages and cannot find how to speak to a human to resolve this. We were told that the changeover would be seamless, which it has not been so far.
Any help appreciated.

Re: Unable to connect existing printers and Sonos system to new Sky Fibre Broadband
With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
