Unable to connect Tapo to new sky max router

I've recently had sky fullfibre installed and have the better router sky max. Unfortunatly since installation I'm unable to access my 2 outdoor wi-fi cameras. Setting up the cameras they say that the cameras wi-fi addess isn't connected to the internet. Any help would be appreciated

You may need to temporarily disable 5ghz WiFi to connect the cameras and/or change your security mode to WPA2 rather than WPA3.

Both of these can be done within the advanced settings area on the app.

Thanks for the answer james thought that be the issue but not being very techy and an ageing pensioner how do I go about resolving and what app do I need
