Unable to check whether WiFi router is broadcasting dual band
Have been able to get to my router summary status, but can't log in as admin (with Sky password) to any of the tabs, such as WiFi tab.
When I try logging in I get another secondary similar login pop up.
Anyone ever dealt with this problem?
I have a couple of devices that don't play well with 5Ghz.
thanks,
Liam.

Re: Unable to check whether WiFi router is broadcasting dual band
Which hub do you have, black or white.
What browser are you using
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Unable to check whether WiFi router is broadcasting dual band
Thanks, Cookiemonster. Mine was the upright black box and neither the user suggestion or admin plus sky pass allowed me to enter the WiFi tab. I checked what my work laptop was connecting to and it did appear to be successfully using 2.4ghz. Pulled remaining hair out and did a factory reset on the router. This changed the ssid back to a singular name to which both non-connected devices now are able to recognise and connect. Cheers!
