Unable to add WiFi Max to my package

I am unable to add WiFi Max to my package online - right at the end of the process a page interrups the final stage to say that due to technical difficulties the process cannot be completed. 

I have telephoned Sky and an your agent encountered a similar issue - on several attempts the system threw him out at the final stage. 
 
Grateful if anyone could advise when this issue might be resolved and how/when I might be able to add WiFi Max to my account.

@Phlegmatist1406 is your service using G.Fast ie a speed over 80Mb/s over a copper phone line? Because if so the white Sky Max router is not suitable as it doesnt have a G.Fast modem.
