Unable to access wifi calling since updating to iOS 18.2

Hi, can someone PLEASE help! Since I updated my iphone to IOS 18.2 I can no longer make or receive calls over wifi calling. Not even to my voicemail. I live in a remote rural location and there is no phone signal inside the house, therefore I rely on wifi calling. I can see this has been an issue for many people, however when messaging SKY they say it is not their router's fault, it is an Apple issue! Then Apple say it is a SKY issue...meanwhile I'm stuck in the middle. BTW, I have done all the normal things...and my phone works fine if I go and lock on to someone elses wifi...so I know it's an issue between my phone and the Sky Hub.
