Discussion topic: Unable to access web sites when connected to Sky Broadband

When connected to my Sky broadband I am unable to return a web site on entering the site's URL.

This only occurs in Microsoft Edge browser. If I use Chrome then I don't have a problem.

The browser error message I get is....

"Hmmm...can't reach the page"

The connection was reset

How do I resolve this?
