Unable to access domains in aws au region (ap-southeast-2)
Trying to access domains in the ap-southeast-2 region are timing out when using Sky broadband (replicated with multiple users and devices). Last post got deleted I'm assuming due to the link examples that were provided, but can provide examples if allowed.

Best not to post external URLs here, and particularly ones which look rather spammy.
Unfortunately it's unlikely that any Sky netops are going to see your report: this forum isn't a point of contact for such things.

Thanks Timmy.
I'm not a sky user so cannot escalate, do you have the means to flag this with them? I can DM an example site that cannot be accessed on Sky if that's helpful.

Unfortunately forum escalation hasn't been functioning for some months, and isn't really intended for NOC issues anyway.
A little online searching may offer you a (theoretically) relevant email address for routing issues, but realistically domestic broadband support isn't ideal in these circumstances and such things tend to get resolved by ISPs, IXP operators and hosting companies talking between themselves.

Commenting because it's relevant, I raised this earlier today with no responses offering support.

Is your suggestion to just hold tight?

Realistically, yes. Even if you could get through to a contact centre it's not the kind of thing they are designed to resolve, although in theory patterns should be identified and escalated.

If anyone reading this thread is paying for AWS, I'd suggest that approaching their support is more likely to elicit a response, and they should have points of contact with ISPs globally.
