Unable to access anything on Sky Hub, get 401 Not Authorised message, unable to reset to factory settings.

I can see the summary status page but get 401 message when trying to access anything else.

I am trying to access as Wifi internet keeps dropping even though there is a connection to the devices, cable access is ok and I am using both 2.4 and 5GB.

If you are not using anything like a VPN have you tried a reboot of the hub at the mains ?

I have, many times. I cannot even access the maintenance tab (same 401 Error) to update security policies etc.
