Unable to access Wix Site, WIX say it is a SKY problem?

I am trying to work on our sebsite, it is hosted by WiX. It has suddenly stopped working. WIX say this is a problem they have recognised today,

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - We've received reports that some users on Sky Broadband in UK are having trouble loading Wix sites. The issue appears to be with the internet service provider itself, not with Wix.

While we investigate, we recommend contacting Sky's support team directly for assistance. You can also try switching to a different internet connection, such as your mobile phone's data, to access your site.

How do I contact the SKY support team? I have tried all sorts of help desks but not getting through to anyone!

You are unlikely to be able to get through to a network operations team: they typically aren't customer facing.
