Hi everyone,
I placed a Sky broadband order through Student Beans and received a confirmation email from Sky. However, when I logged into my Sky account to track the order, I couldn’t find any order information there.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice would be appreciated—thanks in advance!

I checked the My Messages section, but it shows the message: “This page is restricted. Sorry, you cannot view this page.” Since receiving the confirmation email from Sky, I haven’t received any messages there.
I’m trying to confirm the setup date, but there are no order details available in my account.

@Jin10 Also have a look at your e-mail, and if you have only just started all this then it is not an instant to see everything!

If you only placed the order today @Jin10 then you need to give it to tomorrow to see if you can then track it as it does take 24 hours for Sky's system to update.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

I actually placed the order on 4 July. The reason I couldn’t see any order details was that my account wasn’t linked properly.
I followed the steps from the link shared earlier, and now everything is showing correctly. Appreciate your help and support!
