Do you still require a land line for Ultrafast 145 broadband to be instaled?

Depends which technology you have in your area.

 

If its G.Fast then you will still use the tranditional copper 'landline' cable coming into your home & the Openreach telephone socket.

 

If its FTTP this will be via a new fibre cable so not a traditional 'landline'
