Wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before and how it was fixed.
Switched from 40Mb broadband to 150Mb on Mon. Openreach engineer had to reassign the downstairs socket to master as master was in a bedroom. Everything working fine when engineer and had 150Mb internet for about 24h. Then on Tue router shows green power, solid amber internet, green wifi and nothing for voice. Completed many many many restarts, unplugging, plugging back in again and still no change. Hub shows

so appears router is connected via DSL but not able to get internet access. 2nd Openreach engineer came round and decided the router was faulty and ordered another one. Just finished setting up the 2nd Ultrafast router and same issue 😞 Sky helpline think it's Openreach issue again and have 3rd engineer booked... but I'm doubtful. So been 4 days with no broadband, relying on 4G mobile hotspot to get by..
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
