I have fibre 900, and promised a minimum of 600 mbps, however I'm not even getting 10% of that. Hovering between 25 and 45.

900/600Mbs are speeds over optical cabling to the ONT and then ethernet as far as the Hub.

All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
