URGENT HELP NEEDED

Does anyone know how to contact sky? I need someone to urgently contact me and come to our house. I'm paying £43 for what?

 

I have had no internet or phone connection for four days now.

 

Someon please help.

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. Sky won't call you. You will have to persevere on the phone. Due to issues getting through to Sky since yesterday, now it's been fixed the lines are very busy.

Have you tried the Broadband test via the MySky App on a smartphone, if it detects an issue it may arrange for an engineer to attend.

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
