Discussion topic: Tv stopped working. Apparently the issue is with the hub. Running tests and restarding doesnt fix it

Tv stopped working. Apparently the issue is with the hub. Running tests and restarding doesnt fix it
No amount of unplugging and reatarting seems to do anything. No tech support to be found. The app says theres an issue with broadband but no idea bow to get it back on track.

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
