Tv service unavailable

We can watch live tv but cannot access replay via apps

What kind of error message are you getting & what TV service are you using?

Thanks for responding. We get frequent 'timed out' messsges such as 'Whoops! Something went wrong, please try later'. This is particularly with C4 programmes but is also happening more frequently with BBC too. 

we are just accessing the channel apps through the main Sky home page

Sky homepage doesnt mean much to the forum, what I meant was are you on Sky +, Sky Q, Sky Stream, Sky Glass?

That still is not the answer we need. What actual physical device is infront you? A Sky + box, a Sky Q box, a Sky stream puck or a Sky Glass TV?

It's a small black flat square tablet shaped device so is that a puck?

Yes that sounds like a Sky Stream puck. Do all TV apps fail to load or just some of them? Are your other devices on your WiFi network fine? E.g. Smart phone, tablet, laptop.

Wi-Fi is poor quality on phones particularly

@JS16 If you care to say also what sky Hub are you using, and if you know what connected service or speed to the hub take a look at the link below, see what you have from the pics and post back the info!
