@Daniel122 you have posted in the Sky broadband forum. If you want help then  you will have to post some details. If you think its a broadband issue check the lights on your Sky hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If you think the issue isxwuth a Sky TV service or product post somecdetails lije whether it is Sky+HD, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass.
