Tv not connecting to wifi

The network connection on my tv does not seem to be working, all the lights are green on the hub box, phone is connected to the WiFi but the tv won't work, it just spinning around with a message saying 

 

this may take a couple of minutes...

 

it's been like this for over 10 minutes, I have reset the hub too and turned the tv on and off

Is this a new install where its happening with the TV right away or has it worked previously? What TV is it?
