Turn off perental control

Hi, tried the link but it takes me to a phone selling page

@Johnboy58If you are talking about broadband shield then you have to sign into your account, go to the broadband & talk tab you will see broadband shield click on it and change the settings to 18+ and save the changes.

It takes me to an upgrade your package only

That's what l've been trying to find, it's not on my version of my Sky

I managed to find the button to disable the sheild, it wasn't there before!
