How do I turn off WiFi until the morning to stop kids using it?

The Sky product for that is the Parental Controls in the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

This is not now available on earlier Hub models: you may find historic references to a product called Broadband Buddy on the Sky Broadband Hub, but that's long gone.
