Trying to switch my broadband from sky to another provider
It states that they can not find a broadband account on my sky account even though I am paying monthly for it. How do I get around this as I am not happy with my sky broadband and am looking to switch ASAP

Re: Trying to switch my broadband from sky to another provider
@beaks73 the normal method is to contact your prefered new idp who handle the whole process including cancellation with Sky but be careful ful to give the same address so thry can identify the Openreach line id. When checking with Sky it is important you use tge Sky id linked to the cemail, address used to set up the account If t otallybstuck call Sky so they can take you through the identification process to link tge account properly.
