I'm trying to sign up for a broadband deal but I cannot progress as it requires me to enter a landline number into the online form if there is one registered to my accomodation. Apparently there is one associated with my tenemant flat and the problem is that there is no actual physical landline phone in the property and neither the landlord nor the letting agency know of any associated phone number. Regardless, I cannot pogress as Sky has details for a previous tenant/landlord who did have the landline telephone number. How do I progress past this hurdle?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DDHDiD you will need to call Sky as the online tool struggles to cope with standard options let alone complex ones Sky can order a new line from Openreach assuming there is spare capacity.
Note if you are a tenant you are commting to an 18 month contract with Sky although you can normally move it to another address.
