I'm trying to turn parental settings off on sky shield and it's saying

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JCHB If you are unable to login to broadband sheild either using the Sky app or using the website via a browser you will need to call Sky to see if they can access it for you and if not then they can action this to get it fixed for you.
Just fial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts staying on the line even when it offers you the text for here.
