Trying to remove safe search and link id to sky acount

Hi I'm trying to remove sky broadband shield so the safe search is removed iv made a sky acount and I have broadband with sky that started today the internet is all set up but I can't link my new sky acount to the broadband to be able to turn of safe search thanks

@Eritom it can take a day or so for Sky's systems to update but you should have created a Sky id when you ordered the service which is linked to the email address you used. If you get stuck call Sky as they may have to help. Sky Broadband Shield settings are in the product options area of the My Sky app but can only be changed by the account holders id
