Trying to place an order for broadband

My mum has been trying to place an order for broadband on the website for a number of days but each time when she's gets to the end of the order it says "we are experiencing technical difficulties". I called sky on her behalf & after 19 mins of speaking to the sales team I was told they are having issues checking the existing landline & to call customer services as they can't transfer me. They gave me the incorrect number & I end up going round in a loop as customer services say I need to speak to sales. Is there an advisor here that can help ?

@LP131  There are no Sales advisors on the community you'll need to call Sky back.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As we are customers here we can't help I'm afraid so all we can suggest is to use the number shown under the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page she is trying to place the order from.
