Unfortunately you'd need to call sky

Contact sky as below

Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

@eric78 where this happens you have to call Sky. The reason is certain orders require you to understand and confirm you accept some changes which has to be done over the phone.
