Trying to connect third party device to wifi
First time on forum so fingers crossed for some helpful advice. I have replaced my previous indoor cctv cameras with TAPO C211s and I am having no luck with them connecting to the WiFi. The initial set up works on the app but when I try to connect to my Sky network it fails with message 'Failed to receive IP address'. Realise I should try to resolve with TAPO but hope this forum will be quicker and point me in the right direction.
Thanks

Re: Trying to connect third party device to wifi
@DavidB55 As you do not say what you have sky Hub wise, here is the tapo spec link, so adjust your hub to the requirement if your Tapo's are not seeing the wireless wi-fi at the hub level!
Specifications - Tapo C211 | Pan/Tilt Home Security Wi-Fi Camera | Tapo
