Trying to connect new Skyhub to HP Deskjet 3050A J611 series printer

Help! Trying to connect HP Deskjet 3050A J611 printer to new Skyhub received yesterday- have tried and tried but getting nowhere sadly.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

My hub is a black rectangular shape a replacement for an old square hub. I only have Sky broadband.

@KJay11 HP printers can be a pain to network. There are a number of possible solutions. First simply factory reset the printer (see the solution here ) then try from scratch as that often works. If it doesnt try separating the wifi bands and connect to the 2.4GHz band Split Sky WiFi bands

 

If that doesnt work conect tge printer by usb to laptop or PC and updates its firmware and try connecting then.
