My broadband went down last night, I've scheduled in an engineer to come tomorrow but the internet has started working again. I am trying to cancel the appointment but every time I call the number it says "every one is in training and can't answer the phone right now". It has been like this for hours!
What is the point in forcing people to use the phone to cancel an engineer appointment if no one answers the call?!!!
