Trying to FTP via Sky Max hub - but cant connect

Shield is off but i cant upload where i have had no issues before

The Windows Firewall is off

Everything worked when i had VirginMedia broadband but Sky wont let me connect

Any ideas

I cant even log into my Hub - everything says that the password for the hub should be on a sticker on the hub but i have checked over everywhere on the hub and there is no admin password

is there a Default?

@JaneCas65 Yes, it's all via your phone and the mobile app that YOU are required to use. Admin password is the wi-fi password bottom label on the hub!

Nothing in the Hub that shows any blocked ports

Broadband shield is off

Windows Firewall is off

but i still cant use FTP to upload files

Never had trouble before moving to Sky

If the destination server permits it, try using SFTP (which is generally preferable anyway)
