Trouble with internet and steaming sky
Hi I'm having trouble with my sky steaming devices they are very intermittent and have been for weeks. I think I have an issue with the internet as I can't play Netflix either and I'd like help sorting it or I will be cancelling the subscription due to you not being able to provide what you offered

Re: Trouble with internet and steaming sky
@Anonymous you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If you want their help, call them
Issues with streaming are most likely down to poor wifi signal to the puck. You can check that by running the network test in the Netflix app's Get Help menu. Sky guarantee a speed to your hub but the WiFi in your home is not something they can control its affected by the layout and type of construction in your home. They can sell you an add-on called WiFi Max which can supply up,to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Making sure your puck and the hub are out in the open can help a lot. If possiblecusing an Ethernet cable from the hub to the puck is the best possible solution.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
