Trouble with broadband connection. Open reach engineers have been twice since the beginning of Janua

My broadband connection is bad. Open Reach engineers have been twice since the beginning of January and another is booked but they are not fixing the problem.  I would like to speak to someone at Sky but can't seem to do that.

I need someone from open reach to come out and move my main box to another room as we have just had an extension please

@DG06 You will have to persevere on the phone as no one on the forum can book Openreach appointments.

@Melford To request a master socket move you will have to call Sky.
