Trouble connet wifi in moved place
We recently moved to a new place and connected router but it doesn't work.we attempted 2 times with the grey line

Has the line been activated at your new property yet by Openreach on behalf of Sky ?

@Poorna1 Did you tell Sky you were moving as you would have needed to complete a home move and an activation date would have been give?
If you didn't do that you can't just take your hub and plug it in elsewhere as your fixed line broadband can't follow you around the network.

@Poorna1 your Sky hub will only connect after the line has been activated. Sky have no idea which line you will be using until you tell them and they place an order on Openreach to connect the service to it. Note it takes roughly 14 days normally to get a move activated.
The other point until you book a move whoever takes over your old home wont be able to order a broadband service using your old line.
