Trouble connecting to WhatsApp

Just had new broadband router installed, not able to connect to WhatsApp only working with 5G have reset network settings on phone anyone else have any idea what I should do now

You need to check the age setting in Sky Broadband Shield: the default (13) blocks some social media access.
