Tried all suggestions …even have a booster ….but WiFi constantly dropping in and out
Had connection problems on installation. Was sent a booster.
has worked ok (mostly) for three months....but now constantly WiFi dropping in and out. Can't do banking online as when lose connection Ithe transactions are interrupted. Some times it only flickers on and off but other times lasts a few minutes
have tried all suffestions from Sky help website, and their checks find nothing wrong......but there obviously is,

I reluctantly joined this discussion group...not my style...but it did get sa response from a Sky human.
after an hours online chat with an excellent adviser I am now getting an engineer out ....which was obvious an answer from the start...it could have been sorted in a 3 minute phone call with an actual person...and not a robot!
but obviously this type of communication works better.
thanks to the adviser anyway
