Trees bashing in to my outside cable

Who do I contact about my cable, which is now being bashed by trees when the wind blows.

 

I'm having trouble trying to get through to the right department, and nothing online is helping me at all

Unless the trees catching the wires is affecting your service Openreach are unlikely to get involved.
