Tree taken out broadband line
Hi there, a tree has taken out our phone/broadband line. How can we get this fixed?

You will have to contact Sky to report it. They will pass it on to Openreach (if you're in the UK) to fix it.
The lines will be extremely busy due to the disruption and damage caused by Storm Eowyn. This will also impact fix times.
