hi been using tp links for years now with no problem. Just the other day everything dropped as regard's connection. When have  the extenders close together all 3 lights come on but as soon as they are in a different room noth works. Can some one help coz it's doing my head in m.

I've used them for years and bought newer units, yet every so often I'd get the dreaded red led because something in the electrical wiring would trip them up and stop them 'talking' to each other. I discovered it was a dehumidifier which would cause issues. I assume you're talking about powerline tplinks devices. Did you get a new device recently ? That might be the culprit.

Cheers for your response, I don't get the red light on mine, I have 3 lights 1 is the power 1 is a home and the other is a network. When I put the tp links next to each other they pair straight away but as soon as I put them back to the original place the home light drops off. It seems to me like it might me my router, just really weird that none are working 🤷‍♂️

@Tua22 ir really stuck reset the adapters to their factory settings (see https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/faq/312/) and then set them up from scratch.
