Tried to connect Toshiba laptop to new router but is not seeing new hub both via WiFi and cable. All other devices connected no problem via WiFi, but not laptop. Looks like blind laptop seeing all my neighbours routers but not mine.
I have REALTEK RTL8723AE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC with all drivers updated.
IPv6 disabled, band only 2.4GHz, reduced WAP 2.
Any ideas?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
I'd note 802.11n is rather antique...

Thanks for replay, I did lower settings to WPA2-PSK
Nothing helps. Not seeing router on cable either
Would 802.11ac be better than 802.11n?

Currently on Windows 10 with replaced hard drive SSD and 16gb ram
Yes, laptop itself is from 2011-12 if I remember correctly but still running good for domestic use
