Today is the activation day. Broadband is still not connected. Internet light on the hub is off

Today is my broadband activation day, but the service is still not working. Now, it is 3:17pm.  The "Internet" light on the hub is not lit—only the power and Wi-Fi lights are on. I checked my account and ran a broadband test, which indicated that everything is functioning correctly. However, to my surprise, I noticed that four unrecognized devices are currently connected to my network. Could anyone advise on the next steps?

@Wenxian  Activation can take upto midnight, so if no connection is established by tomorrow morning give sky a call

Nothing has changed this morning. Additionally, I noticed that the serial number on the hub differs from the product serial number shown in my account. To my surprise, my account indicates that 7 devices are connected to the hub and 14GB of data has been used. However, I still do not have an active internet connection.

@Wenxian call Sky when the lines open after 7am to find out why your line has not been activated.

I tried calling them yesterday, but only an automated system responded. It directed me to use the online services for a solution, then abruptly ended the call by saying 'Goodbye.

@Wenxian it was pointless calling Sky yesterday as Openreach report over night on jobs due the previous day.
