What ticketmaster site are you accessing?
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Which hub do you have black or white.
If its geoblocking accessing web site of another country or whether blocked due to a blacklisted ip address you should be able to get a new ip address by :-
Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of a browser and click on maintenance
Enter username admin
Password sky or wifi password
At the bottom of maintenance click on connection status and disconnect
After 1/2 hour click reconnect
This should give you a new ip address

Re: Ticketmaster are staying my IP address is blocked and that I need to contact my internet provide
Just to add that that shouldn't happen on mobile data so yes best do it using home wifi
Sorry i missed the bit about using mobile data and that it also happens on home wifi as well. So to reiterate change you ip address per my previous post and use your home wifi
