Throttling/disabling my Broadband?

I am having an issue with my Broadband not functioning during the late night and only returning at 5:30am. The security of my home relies on the 24/7 hour broadband service I pay for.

Why is this happening and how can it be resolved?

Thank you.

@Mloon

Do you have Sky Q? If you do try taking the Sky Q box out off eco mode as per this link

@Mloon  Although you msy assume none of your Q boxes are running in eco mode the 5.30am time indicates its possible one or more may have reset to its default eco setting it happens occasionally and each box has its own settings.

With thst definitely excluded please post your Sky hub's connection stats as they will help forum members to see what maybe going on see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Re: Throttling/disabling my Broadband?

Hi @Chrisee  I shall double-check my Sky Q box when I get home. I hope you are right! Otherwise I will get those stats.

@Mloon also check any Q minis you may have as they act as wifi hotspots as well.

Re: Throttling/disabling my Broadband?

@Chrisee Thanks, but I just have the one Sky Q box in the living room. No other units.

Re: Throttling/disabling my Broadband?

It would seem my box was set on eco mode! I have now changed it and will see how that affects performance. Mant thanks, you guys!
