Recently switched back to Sky Broadband and found many sites 'can't be reached' on my pc. Phone and everything else connected fine. Did the usual checks and router turn off/reboots, looked for help online, called Sky and found nothing that helped. Sky insisted that the only thing that could stop certain sites from connecting was the shield, which of course was not the issue.
Anyway what worked for me, just by trying things, was changing the WiFi Security level from the default of WPA3 to WPA2.
You can change this on the website or the MySky app by going to Product Settings > Sky Max Hub > Advanced settings.
Just leaving this here in case anyone else has the same issue.
