There's an outage in your area

I have checked my connection online & it keeps saying:

There's an outage in your area

We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this.

Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem.

Check service status for more info.

but, it has been like this all day, is there a way I can find out moe information, considering it has been more then a few hours now?

Even if I could phone a number to ask what is happening rather then going around in loops on the Sky website & virtual assistant...
